Our Services

Our work is focused on Bath and North East Somerset and deals with four broad topics:

• Casework - on racial discrimination and racial harassment.
• Community Development work.
• Sports Equality and Diversity Work.
• Policy work - primarily with publicly funded organisations.

On Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs our casework deals with the individual's need for protection from physical attack and unfair discrimination - "safety" and "physical" needs. Our Commuinity Development work meets needs for "safety", "belonging" and "esteem". Our Sports Equality work meets needs of "belonging", "esteem" and "actualization". Our policy work deals with needs of "actualization".
